duty). (b) Certain governmental corporations.-- An individual who is a director, officer or employee of a governmental corporation
and who is not entitled to immunity under Chapter 85 (relating to matters affecting
government units) may assert any applicable immunity under 15 Pa.C.S. Ch. 57 Subch.
B to the same extent as if the governmental corporation were a nonprofit corporation
