§ 9720.3. Sentencing for certain paroled offenders. A person unlawfully present in the United States who is convicted in a court of this
Commonwealth of an offense committed subsequent to being paroled under 61 Pa.C.S.
§ 6143 (relating to early parole of inmates subject to Federal removal order) may
be imprisoned for a term up to twice the term of sentence otherwise authorized, fined
