§ 9720.2.  Sentencing for trafficking of persons. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person who commits a violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 3011 (relating to trafficking in individuals) or 3012 (relating to involuntary servitude) while violating: (1)  18 Pa.C.S. § 2901 (relating to kidnapping); (2)  18 Pa.C.S. § 3121 (relating to rape); or (3)  18 Pa.C.S. § 3123 (relating to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse); shall be sentenced up to a maximum term of life imprisonment.
