§ 8914.1. Security wall pilot project. The commission shall construct, maintain and assess the long-term effectiveness of
a security wall pilot project from a point at or near milepost 1.0 on the Northeast
Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to a point at or near milepost 1.8. Such pilot
project shall encompass the southbound lanes of the Northeast Extension between said
mileposts. The commission shall commence the design and construction of the security
wall pilot project authorized by this section immediately upon transfer of funds by
