§ 6308.1.  Payment to police or sheriff's office of one-half of reinstatement fee. The police department or sheriff's office whose officers or deputies seize a suspended or revoked driver's license or vehicle registration shall, in every case where the driver's license or vehicle registration is reinstated, receive from the department one-half of the fee imposed under section 1960 (relating to reinstatement of operating privilege or vehicle registration).
