NAC 90.579 Witnesses and exhibits. ( NRS 90.750 , 233B.050 ) 1. Except as otherwise provided by the Administrator and subsection 2, the parties to a hearing must, not later than 10 days before the date of the hearing: (a) Exchange written lists of witnesses and exhibits; and (b) Provide a copy of each exhibit. 2. On the date of the hearing, each party must be prepared to identify any exhibit to be admitted by the stipulation of the parties. (Added to NAC by Sec’y of State by R018-21, eff. 6-2-2023)
