(1) Wild Animals imported into Georgia must comply with current requirements of the Wildlife Resources Division, Georgia Department of Natural Resources, 2070 US Highway 278 SE, Social Circle, Georgia, 30279, (770) 918-6400 and USDA. (2) The Department of Agriculture has the authority to enter a premises for immediate examination and necessary testing of imported wild animals when a disease vector is suspected of endangering livestock and/or the public health.
