R3-7-712. Water in Motor Fuel Dispensing Site Storage Tanks A motor fuel dispensing site owner or operator shall ensure that water in a motor fuel storage tank containing a product other than a gasoline-alcohol blend, does not exceed 1″ in depth when measured from the bottom of the tank through the fill pipe. The owner or operator shall remove all water from the tank before delivery or sale of motor fuel from that tank.
