Agr 204.08 Waiver of Right to a Hearing. (a) A person shall be deemed to have waived the right to a hearing before the department upon failure to meet the requirements set forth in Agr 204.07. (b) The proposed administrative fine or action on a certificate of registration, permit or license shall be final upon such waiver.
