A. If a member of a public body is participating via videoconference in accordance with R.S. 42:11 et seq., or current law, he or she shall be visible to cast a vote. B. If a member of a public body cannot be visible at the time a vote is taken and is participating via videoconference in accordance with R.S. 42:11 et seq., or current law, he or she shall state his or her full name and his or her vote. C. Notwithstanding any provision of R.S. 42:11 et seq., or current law, that requires a member of a public body to be physically present in order to be counted for a quorum and to participate and vote in a meeting, a member of a public body who has a disability recognized by the ADA shall be allowed to participate and vote in a meeting via electronic means as defined in R.S. 42:17.2 or current law.
