Voter Registration

A. A program participant may vote absentee by mail upon meeting the necessary requirements. The participant's substitute address shall be used for registration and voting and the participant's name and physical address shall not be included on any list of registered voters available to the public. A program participant shall not vote during early voting in-person or in-person at the polls on election day. AUTHORITY NOTE: Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 44:52(A)(2) and R.S. 36:742.
