Voluntary Closure of State Representative Offices-Procedures

In cases in which a foreign bank proposes to close any or all of its Georgia state representative offices, the foreign bank shall provide the Department with written notice not less than 30 calendar days before the date of the proposed closure. The notice by a foreign bank regarding a representative office shall be in such form and include such information as the Department requires. Authority: O.C.G.A. §§ 7-1-61 ; 7-1-1109 . History.
