Violation of a Program Contract

(1) Under Subsection 58-4a-107(4), the procedures for discovery in formal adjudicative proceedings are in Rule R151-4, Department of Commerce Administrative Procedures Act Rule. (2) Formal adjudicative proceedings to terminate a program contract under Section 58-4a-107 include a right to agency review and a right to reconsideration as described in Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, and Rule R151-4, Department of Commerce Administrative Procedures Act Rule.
