Violation

(1) Any dealer, broker, poultry market operator or any other person who violates any provisions of this Chapter or any quarantine order shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (2) Any licensed dealer, broker or poultry market operator violating any rule or regulation of this Chapter shall be subject to revocation or suspension of such license following notice and hearing.
