VENTILATION

The degree of ventilation shall be sufficiently adequate to prevent excessive condensation of moisture on equipment and structural surfaces in production and storage rooms. The entrance or existence of dust and flour dirt within the plant shall be kept to a minimum. Mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning systems of processing rooms shall be equipped with screens and air-filter devices. Statutory Authority: MS s 31.10 ; 31.77
