12–736. Vehicle Trip Logs. A. Description: Logs completed by agencies to monitor mileage traveled in state vehicles. Informa- tion includes agency name, driver name, beginning and ending odometer readings, and comments concerning problems with vehicle. B. Retention: 3 years; destroy.
