1.5.3.30 USE-OF-STATE VEHICLES DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER: A. No employee should be expected to travel if they feel unsafe due to inclement weather. The employee should inform their supervisor and request that the trip be delayed until the inclement weather hazard has dissipated. B. No short term lease or “quik ride” vehicles will be issued while inclement weather conditions are present. Reservations will be rescheduled for a later time or date, depending on weather conditions and vehicle availability. C.
