Supervision of Offenders. The Department shall utilize the Idaho Response Matrix (IRM) set forth in Appendix 1 to impose sanctions and rewards in response to an offender's compliance or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of probation or parole imposed by the court, the Commission, or in the AOS.
