003 Fire Safety Coordinator. The facility administrator shall designate a facility employee to coordinate safety-related functions who has received training and is familiar with the applicable regulations, inspection process, and fire prevention practices. 003.01 The safety coordinator shall conduct at least weekly fire safety inspections of the facility. 003.02 The safety coordinator shall schedule and coordinate fire drills at least quarterly. 003.03 The safety coordinator shall arrange for the inspection and testing of fire detection and suppression equipment by licensed persons at least semi-annually. 003.04 The time, date, and results of all safety inspections, fire drills, and equipment testing and inspection shall be documented.
