Unreasonable Fees by Participating Veterinarians

Agr 2804.03 Unreasonable Fees by Participating Veterinarians. (a) Any sterilization or physical examination fees equal to or greater than 20 percent more than the average fees of other participating veterinarians shall be deemed unreasonable by the administrator and shall be disqualified. (b) Upon notification by the administrator that the fee is unreasonable, the participating veterinarian may agree to lower any unreasonable fee in order to participate in the program.
