Unprofessional Conduct

Under Subsection 58-90-101(5)(a)(iii), "unprofessional conduct" is further defined in Section 58-1-501, and includes: (1) failing to notify the Division with respect to any matter for which notification is required under Division rule or Title 58, Occupations and Professions; or (2) failing to provide the Division, within 30 days of the Division's written request or administrative subpoena, an interview, documents, or other requested information to determine compliance with Title 58, Chapter 90, Health Care Services Platforms, or Title 58, Chapter 1, Division of Professional Licensing Act.
