Rule 2. An employee engaging in the security business of a licensed agency as that term is described in section 2 of the act, MCL 338.1052, except for an employee who is monitoring a security alarm system, shall wear a uniform. The uniform must display at least the last name of the employee and have the designated patches and emblems of the agency. The patches and emblems must be visible on the employee’s outermost article of clothing.
