Biologicals referred to in these regulations shall be transported under such temperature conditions as not to adversely effect the potency thereof. Insulated containers or cooling agents shall be used, where necessary, to avoid temperatures above 45 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Authority: O.C.G.A. Sec. 4-7. History. Original Rule entitled "Transportation of Biologicals" was filed and effective on June 30, 1965. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule of the same title adopted. Filed May 18, 1966; effective June 6, 1966. Amended: Authority changed. Filed May 2, 1984; effective May 22, 1984.
