01. Transplanting. To transplant hemp, a producer licensee must submit transplant information with his or her license application or submit a lot change request on a form provided by the agency. (3-15-22) 02. Lots Not Divided. No licensee will divide a lot from the initial area of cultivation for transplant into more than one transplantation area for on-farm production. (3-15-22) 03. Transplant Sales. Selling hemp transplants for wholesale or retail requires a producer license and a handler license. (3-15-22)
