Training records maintained by canine handlers

2:01:13:11. Training records maintained by canine handlers. A canine handler shall maintain records indicating: (1) The name and title of the canine handler; (2) The name and address of the agency employing and designating the handler as a canine handler; and (3) Any training and use of the canine.
