Timely filing of reports

NAC 90.435 Timely filing of reports. ( NRS 90.470 , 90.750 ) For the purposes of paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 90.470 , all reports required to be filed during the 12 calendar months next preceding the filing of the federal registration statement shall be deemed to have been timely filed if they have: 1. Been filed within the time, including any permitted extensions of time, allowed by the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to its regulations; or 2.
