(a) No disciplinary action shall be commenced against a licensee, employee of a licensee or certified applicator for any violation of these Rules, except those violations specified in Paragraph (b) of this Rule, after two years from the act or omission. (b) With respect to disciplinary action alleging a violation of G.S. 106-65.28(a)(1), (2), (4), (7), (8) or (11), no disciplinary action shall be commenced against a licensee, employee of a licensee or certified applicator after two years from the date of discovery by the Division of the alleged violation.
