(a) The online edition of the Manual, issued under the authority of the Administrative Committee, is available through the Government Printing Office's Web site. (b) Copies of a bound, paper edition of the Manual may be sold at a price determined by the Superintendent of Documents under the general direction of the Administrative Committee.
