NAC 116A.093 “Temporary certificate” defined. ( NRS 116A.200 ) “Temporary certificate” means a certificate which is: 1. Valid for only 1 year; and 2. Issued to a person pursuant to the provisions of subparagraph (1) or (2) of paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 116A.410 . (Added to NAC by Comm’n for Common-Interest Communities & Condo.
