Telephone canvass. Applicability of provisions

In any municipality where the registrars of voters cause a canvass of the electors to be made by telephone pursuant to subdivision (3) of section 9-32 of the general statutes, such telephone canvass shall be conducted in accordance with these regulations. (Effective January 31, 1989)
