Kansas Administrative Regulations
No person shall commit or allow a waste of water as defined in K.A.R. 5-1-1 . Runoff from precipitation shall not be considered a waste of water. (Authorized by K.S.A. 82a-706a and K.S.A. 2002 Supp. 82a-1028 ; implementing K.S.A. 82a-706a and K.S.A. 2002 Supp.
