12–1123. System Users Access Records. A. Description: Used by system administrators to control or monitor users’ access. Information includes user account records, security logs, and password files. B. Retention: Until updated, superseded, or no longer needed for reference; delete or destroy. HISTORY: Added by State Register Volume 20, Issue No. 5, eff May 24, 1996.
