R4-22-103. Submitting Documents to the Board An individual who wants the Board to consider a document at a meeting or hearing shall submit the document to the Board at least 15 days before the meeting or hearing or at another time as directed by the Board. Historical Note Former Section R4-22-04 repealed, new Section R4-22- 103 adopted effective June 29, 1987 (Supp. 87-2). Amended by final rulemaking at 10 A.A.R. 2793, effective August 7, 2004 (Supp. 04-2).
