Submittal of Requests for Public Records

a) Any request for public records must be submitted to the FOI Officer at the Agency. The requester may use an internet form, which can be found at www.epa.state.il.us/foia. b) FOIA requests may be submitted via U.S. Mail, e-mail, fax, or hand delivery.
