Information includes correspondence, copies of subdivision Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements, and Restrictions, Field Investigation Reports and Final Inspection/Acceptance of Completed Work notifications, Inspection, Investigation Reports and Permits to Operate from the Department of Health and Environmental Control, cost proposals, plats, drawings, information on contractors, and related notes.
