Storage of names of individuals

NAC 104.305 Storage of names of individuals. ( NRS 104.9526 ) The names of individuals will be stored in files that include only the names of individuals and not the names of organizations. Separate data-entry fields will be established for the first, middle and last names of individuals. A filer shall place the name of a debtor who has only a single name in the last-name field.

The filing officer assumes no responsibility for the accurate designation of the components of a name, but will accurately enter the data in accordance with the designation provided by the filer. (Added to NAC by Sec’y of State by R084-01, eff. 10-30-2001)
