Biologicals produced under special licensing procedures of the United States Department of Agriculture shall not be sold, shipped, stored or used until such products are registered and a permit obtained from the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Authority: O.C.G.A. Secs. 4-7. History. Original Rule entitled "Specific Limiting Provisions" was filed and effective on June 30, 1965. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule of the same title adopted. Filed May 18, 1966; effective June 6, 1966. Amended: Title changed to "Specific Limited Provisions" and Authority changed. Filed May 2, 1984; effective May 22, 1984.
