Special request plates commemorating and supporting troops

(a) In addition to complying with applicable requirements in AS 28.10 and this chapter, an individual applying for a special request plate commemorating and supporting troops must complete an application form provided by the department. (b) The applicant must be a registered owner of the motor vehicle and the vehicle must be currently registered in this state.
