160-X-4-.01 Sign Standards. It is the intention of BCDA to develop sign standards for different uses which will be functional and distinctive. Standards will be developed for various uses based on a sign plan for the reservoir shorelands. No sign of any kind, temporary or permanent, may be installed without prior written approval of BCDA. Signs installed in noncompliance with these procedures will be removed by BCDA or upon written notification from BCDA by the owner at his expense.
