(1) In order to prevent the spread of disease, all poultry must be moved only in containers that are maintained in a sanitary condition and cleaned and disinfected when required by the director. (2) All common carriers and any other conveyances used in transporting live poultry to or from the receiving station or destination must be free from poultry droppings, feathers, and other debris.
