Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
If any provision of sections 3-22h-1 to 3-22h-9, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, or the application of it to any person or circumstance, is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of sections 3-22h-1 to 3-22h-9, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end, the provisions of sections 3-22h-1 to 3-22h-9, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies are severable. (Adopted effective June 5, 2003)
