Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
If a party appears by her, his or its attorney, all papers other than the complaint, notice of original hearings, and final decisions and orders may be served, as herein provided, upon such attorney with the same force and effect as though served upon the party. (Effective May 7, 1980)
