Security agreement; information security

Rule 514. (1) Before use of the MCOLES information and tracking network, an agency, academy, or in-service law enforcement training provider shall execute a user agency agreement with the commission. (2) The user, its operators, and other employees shall comply with the MCOLES security policy and user agency agreement submitted by the user. (3) The user's agency head shall designate employees as operators through the completion of an operator agreement for each person.
