IEBC section 1401.2 is amended to read as follows: 1401.2 Conformance. Buildings that are unsafe, as provided in Minnesota Rules, part 1300.0180 , shall not be moved. Any repair, alteration, or change of occupancy undertaken within the moved structure shall comply with the requirements of this code applicable to the work being performed.
