Ahp 201.01 Scope of the Chapter. This chapter governs: (a) The procedures of the board of directors; and (b) Pursuant to RSA 328-F:13, the procedures of the governing boards with respect to: (1) Complaints of misconduct by licensees and certified individuals; (2) The conduct of disciplinary hearings; and (3) The voluntary surrender of licenses and certifications.
