R4-20-117. Scope of Practice activ- A. The scope of practice of a dispensing optician means the ities described in A.R.S. § 32-1671(3). B. The dispensing optician shall fill a refill of a contact lens presuf- scription prior to its expiration date with no more than the ficient quantity of replacement contact lenses needed through the expiration date.
