SCOPE AND AUTHORITY.

These rules and regulations implement Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 81-2229 - 81-2235, the Act, which directs the establishment of a statewide system of Care Management Units through the Area Agencies on Aging.
