Scope and Application

001 Scope and Application 001.01 These Rules and Regulations govern the use of public spaces of the State Capitol and Grounds under the rulemaking authority of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§72-2201 through 72-2214. Subsequent to the advice of the Nebraska Capitol Commission, the following Rules and Regulations are prescribed by the Office of the Capitol Commission and are effective until amended or revoked. 001.02 The Administrator of the Office of the Capitol Commission, acting through Capitol Security Personnel, and other law enforcement agency personnel, will enforce all Rules and Regulations described in this Chapter.
