Pennsylvania Code, Title 4 — Administration
(a) This subpart is specifically directed to employes of the Division, but this subpart also applies to persons involved in the control and accountability of Commonwealth property. (b) This subpart applies to surplus State property transactions, regardless of their origin or location.
