SCOPE

1.12.21.2 SCOPE: These rules apply to the development, award and administration of grant programs within the jurisdiction of DoIT, the Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (“OBAE”), the Connect New Mexico Council (“Council”), or to any public body administratively attached to DoIT, directly or indirectly. These rules also apply to a subject grant program, as applicable, and to any person who applies, or intends to apply, for a grant under a program that is subject to these rules.
